Role Overview
This Media Intern position is intended for motivated, detail-focused individuals who want to build experience in advertising and digital marketing. The internship runs for 6 months and offers exposure to agency-side media work.
What You Will Do
- Interpret client goals and help translate them into media strategy.
- Work with media partners and vendors to support planning and campaign creation.
- Build, manage, and update digital media plans.
- Coordinate with trafficking, tagging, ad operations, and campaign setup teams.
- Check that campaigns are set up correctly and launched properly on self-serve platforms.
- Prepare briefs for external parties and follow up on managed-service media execution.
- Track campaign delivery and pacing.
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and templates.
- Support post-campaign analysis to demonstrate the impact of media strategy.
- Gather data from different media sources and clean it for analysis.
- Use basic statistical methods to spot patterns and trends.
- Present insights using data visualization techniques.
- Recommend improvements based on data findings.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should ideally be students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a similar discipline. A strong curiosity about digital marketing and advertising is important, along with clear communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, and a basic understanding of media planning and SEO tools will be an advantage.
