About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the team in Staines-Upon-Thames. This role is a key part of the kitchen operation, helping to keep everything clean, organised, and running smoothly so chefs and the wider restaurant team can work efficiently.

The pay is up to £12.71 per hour, with tronc and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Keep plates, cutlery, kitchen tools, and utensils thoroughly cleaned and ready for use throughout the shift.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to help the restaurant operate smoothly.
• Stay familiar with the menu and show genuine interest in the food being served.
• Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, including cupboards, corners, storage areas, and work surfaces.
• Help ensure the restaurant consistently meets brand standards, policies, procedures, and presentation expectations.
