Role overview

A recruiting consultancy in Rostock is supporting the direct search and placement of specialists and managers. For applicants, the full service is free of charge. On behalf of a medium-sized industrial company from the regional economy, the team is looking for a Kalkulator (m/w/d) at the earliest possible start.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender, order, and change-order calculations independently.
• Request, compare, and assess subcontractor offers as well as alternative quotations.
• Compile bills of quantities and related documentation.
• Conduct contract negotiations.
• Purchase, coordinate, and organize the sourcing and scheduling of various raw materials and materials.

Candidate profile

• Completed studies, vocational training, master craftsman qualification, or technician certification in construction, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Several years of experience in bid/tender calculation, ideally in structural construction or electrical engineering.
• Strong command of MS Office is required.
• Fluent German skills, spoken and written, at least C1 level.
• Good cost awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Resilience, teamwork, and strong communication skills are important.
