Role overview
We are looking for a Junior Executive to support cash-in-transit operations in the Greater Ahmedabad area. The position focuses on safe route execution, policy compliance, customer coordination, and accurate handling of cash-related processes.
Principal accountabilities
- Follow governance requirements, including SOX, health and safety rules, and company policies.
- Take ownership of liabilities connected to the role and operations.
- Manage route operations with attention to safety and compliance.
- Ensure route safety and remain accountable for related liabilities.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and banks.
- Adhere to SWI and SOP guidelines for CIT operations.
- Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately in real time.
- Check that all safety equipment, including panic buttons, cameras, and interlocks, is functioning properly and kept in good condition.
Knowledge and experience
- Experience in cash counting and cash verification.
- Working knowledge of SWI and SOP procedures.
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Capability to maintain strong rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with routes and customer locations.
Competencies
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to verify counterfeit notes.
- Proficiency in the local language is required.
