Role Overview

Aquant is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support a variety of visual communication needs across the business. This full-time role is based in Goregaon, Mumbai, and requires someone who can produce polished, brand-consistent creative assets for sales, marketing, customer communication, and technical content.

What You Will Do

• Create attractive presentations and branded sales material that clearly communicate product value and offerings.
• Build and maintain templates that keep sales collateral visually consistent.
• Design branding materials for stores, including posters, banners, signage, and display graphics.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all creative output matches the brand identity.
• Prepare promotional creatives and dealer-focused communication for print, digital, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
• Develop installation visuals, user instructions, and other technical graphics for customer care and end users.
• Produce digital content for social media, newsletters, and other online communication channels.
• Adjust graphics to suit different platforms while maintaining quality and clarity.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to understand design needs and deliver accordingly.
• Handle multiple assignments at once and meet agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should already have experience in graphic design and be able to share a portfolio showing a range of creative work. They should be comfortable using industry-standard design tools and understand the fundamentals of strong visual communication.

Preferred Background

• Experience creating assets for retail, sales teams, or dealer networks.
• Exposure to digital marketing practices and current online content trends.
• Ability to design effectively for both print and digital formats.
