About the Role
Petstock Group is looking for an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide first-line assistance across its retail stores and support office teams. The role is focused on keeping day-to-day technology operations stable and responsive while you develop your career in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
The company operates across Australia and New Zealand through its stores, support offices, Petstock Foundation, equine specialists, and online brands, with a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of pets and the people who care for them.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver phone-based and remote technical support to store and support office staff.
- Handle questions and support tickets raised through the helpdesk platform.
- Take part in after-hours coverage for critical issues on a rotating on-call roster.
- Support new store launches, including occasional travel when required.
- Keep IT registers up to date and maintain process guides and how-to documentation.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a support or call centre setting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Basic familiarity with LAN and WAN networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to stay resourceful and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
