Role overview
The organisation is hiring an IT Support Executive / Helpdesk Support professional to deliver first-line technical assistance and contribute to a range of wider IT activities from its Dubai location.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for end users seeking technical help, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and business applications.
- Assist with IT projects, system rollouts, application-related support, and other technology-driven initiatives as needed.
- Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive quick resolution of incidents and maintain smooth IT service operations.
Experience and profile
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should bring 3 to 6 years of experience in IT helpdesk support, along with exposure to broader technology functions.
- Background in IT Audit, Infrastructure, Application Support, Systems Administration, or similar IT areas will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability, sound troubleshooting skills, and clear communication are essential.
