About the Role

We are looking for confident HR or recruitment coordinators who can get up to speed quickly and take on temporary assignments without delay.

• Manage administration for background screening, including Ministry of Justice and Police vetting, as well as credit checks.
• Support a high-volume processing workflow.
• Coordinate onboarding and prepare employment contracts.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships across the business.
• Act as the initial contact for resolving queries from leaders and employees.

About You

• Prior experience in HR or recruitment is required.
• You should have practical knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
• You need to be organised, detail-focused, and capable of making sound decisions.
• You work well with others but are also comfortable operating at pace on high-volume projects.
• You must be able to start right away.

Eligibility

Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or residents, or already have the legal right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa.
