Role overview

This position is centered on keeping the hotel environment spotless, welcoming, and consistently pleasant for guests. The role goes beyond simply tidying rooms; it supports the overall guest experience by ensuring that guest rooms and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Key duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces.
• Respond to guest needs by delivering requested items and support as required.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies to stay prepared for daily service.
• Carry out room cleaning and housekeeping tasks across the property.
• Help ensure the hotel environment contributes to a positive and memorable guest stay.

Working expectations

This is a full-time, non-management position. The role requires regular movement throughout the day, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. It is also physically active and may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

A polished personal appearance and professional communication are also essential. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned as needed.
