Role Purpose
This graduate opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a career in project management and business development. You will contribute to a range of project-related activities in a fast-moving, international environment, working with colleagues from different backgrounds and locations. Strong attention to detail and a people-oriented approach are important for success in this position.
What You Will Do
- Assist the project team by monitoring activities and deliverables through to completion.
- Help prepare planning documents, logs, and other project records needed for day-to-day execution.
- Track project tasks and maintain visibility across all active workstreams.
- Support the handover from project delivery into the support phase.
- Ensure that project documentation and lessons learned are completed and stored for future use.
- Assist with project finance activities, including collections, expenses, and monthly financial reporting.
- Support governance and oversight of project-related financial matters to help protect or improve project margins.
- Contribute to project communications and reporting by preparing accurate status updates and related content.
Requirements
- A background in management consulting or prior internship exposure is preferred.
- Basic understanding of finance, project management, and professional workplace skills is needed.
- A degree in business, finance, or administration is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Formal project management training would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and execution skills are important.
- You should be comfortable working with diverse teams and handling detailed administrative work.
