Job Overview
This role is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The hotel group is part of a global hospitality portfolio with properties across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.
Role Summary
The F&B Attendant works directly with guests and represents the hotel in every food and beverage interaction. The position calls for warm, timely, and professional service, with a strong focus on guest comfort and satisfaction in all dining and beverage outlets.
What the Role Involves
- Deliver courteous, prompt service to guests at all times.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations across food and beverage outlets by collaborating with different teams.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, beverages, hotel services, and available facilities.
- Continue building service skills to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and hygienic.
- Respect and protect guest privacy at all times.
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations is required.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent hospitality service is important.
