Bizlify Pte Ltd is a specialist facade inspection business focused on protecting the safety and condition of Singapore’s built environment. The company serves a mix of commercial, residential, and industrial properties, delivering detailed and dependable inspection work.

The team is growing quickly and is looking to add a Facade Inspector - Graduate Trainee who can develop into a full inspection role over time.

About the Role

This is an entry-level opening for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the built environment sector. You will start by supporting experienced inspectors in the field, learning the core principles of facade assessment, and then move toward independent inspection responsibilities as you gain the required training and qualifications.

The company places strong value on attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well within a small team. Prior experience is not essential, because training will be provided and the business is prepared to invest in your development.

What You Will Do Initially

• Support senior inspectors during facade inspection assignments on site.
• Set up equipment, assist with site logistics, and help maintain safety compliance.
• Document findings, capture photographs, and contribute to inspection records.
• Learn to recognise common facade issues such as spalling, cracking, water ingress, and delamination.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members.
• Assist with compiling reports, preparing jobs, and handling some team administration.

As You Progress

• Carry out facade inspections in line with BCA and WSH safety standards.
• Use drones to complete aerial facade surveys and collect inspection data.
• Draft detailed inspection reports and defect lists.
• Help shape maintenance and rectification recommendations.
• Work with the team to prepare accurate costing and quotations for PFI work, and attend client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Open only to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• A Diploma or Degree in Engineering from any discipline is required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• No previous inspection background is needed, although familiarity with facade systems will be an advantage.
• A positive mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
• You should be comfortable working outdoors and at height.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused approach are important.
• Good IT skills, including comfort using AI-based tools.
• Physically fit and able to handle site-based work.
• Confident, articulate, and able to communicate with clients and suppliers.
• A proactive, can-do attitude is expected.

Training and Certifications

• Training toward BCA Facade Inspector certification, where applicable.
• IRATA Level 1 certification.
• CAAS UAPL drone pilot licence.
• Relevant WSH certifications, including work-at-height and mixed work-at-height qualifications.
• After two years, you will become eligible to be a Registered Facade Inspector.
