Ecommerce Planner

Role Overview

An experienced and detail-focused Ecommerce Planner is needed to help scale operations across several brands and online sales channels. This position plays a key role in forecasting demand, planning Open-to-Buy (OTB), managing inventory, and tracking replenishment to keep stock levels healthy and support strong commercial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with demand forecasting and sales planning for ecommerce channels.
• Handle Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and support inventory allocation decisions.
• Track stock availability, sell-through rates, and replenishment needs.
• Work closely with merchandising, warehouse, and ecommerce teams to preserve accurate inventory records and product availability.
• Review sales patterns, stock performance, and inventory risks to guide business decisions.
• Prepare recurring planning and inventory updates for management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related discipline is required.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in planning, merchandising, inventory management, or ecommerce operations.
• Strong command of Excel and analytical methods.
• Prior exposure to retail, fashion, or ecommerce environments is an advantage.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning principles.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, changing work environment.
• Strong eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Work Location

This is an onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
