Role overview

This temporary Documentation Coordinator position supports M&E project handover activity across three active sites in Limerick, Waterford, and Cork. You will work under the direction of the M&E lead and help ensure that project documentation is complete, compliant, and ready for client issue. You will manage the full documentation cycle for MEP/M&E projects, including subcontractor submissions such as pressure test records, commissioning documents, and O&M packs. You will organise and record files in SharePoint and Broeker, the project quality system, and prepare document packs for issue to clients on schedule. You will also follow up with subcontractors when information is incomplete or does not meet standards, escalate unresolved issues when necessary, keep track of progress across multiple sites, monitor snagging items, and provide daily status updates to the M&E lead. In addition, you will apply the Environmental Management System consistently and support the organisation’s sustainability objectives.

The ideal candidate will come from an engineering, construction, mechanical, electrical, or building services background, with preference for someone who has handled commissioning or handover documentation on construction or fit-out projects.
