Role Summary

The Sisley Group is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Designer who can handle several projects at once, work under tight timelines, and communicate clearly with different partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative, with strong judgment and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life. This position supports the Head of Creative on important brand initiatives and reports to the Creative Services Senior Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop polished static and motion-based creative for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Partner with the digital marketing agency on paid media execution and iteration.
  • Refine existing concepts using performance data to improve results.
  • Track social media trends and emerging formats to suggest new, platform-appropriate creative directions.
  • Resize and adapt visuals and banners for organic social content.
  • Create mobile-first email campaigns that align with global brand standards.
  • Work with e-commerce and content teams to organize assets, format layouts, and prepare designs for launch.
  • Keep a sharp focus on typography, visual structure, and user experience to support stronger open and click-through rates.
  • Build digital assets for the Sisley Paris website, including exclusive offer graphics, homepage banners, landing pages, and PDP updates.
  • Adapt global creative for the North American market while maintaining strict brand consistency.
  • Maintain and structure the local digital asset library.

Experience and Skills

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of professional digital design experience. Exposure through internships in luxury, beauty, fashion, or a creative agency is especially valuable. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline is required.
