Key Responsibilities

• Critically review and enhance design interview materials emphasizing visual appeal and user interface aspects.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for usability, quality, and adherence to contemporary design guidelines.
• Provide practical feedback to improve layout structure, visual hierarchy, and overall user engagement.
• Work collaboratively with AI training teams to maintain consistency with industry trends and standards.
• Apply rich design expertise to help improve AI tools in practical scenarios.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure branding consistency throughout all reviewed assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven multidisciplinary design experience supported by an impressive portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and visual design fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency with design software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and applying user-centered design methodologies.
• Capability to evaluate and develop branding and visual identity frameworks.
