Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the global strategy for the demand planning center of excellence.
• Improve and refine demand planning workflows, systems, and planning tools.
• Strengthen forecast performance through demand sensing methods and predictive analytics.
• Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Support IBP deployment and broader digital transformation programs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for advanced planning platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, and Kinaxis.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Coach and support regional demand planning teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles within a manufacturing setup.
• Strong command of forecasting approaches and statistical modeling techniques.
• Practical experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• MBA or a master’s degree is preferred.
