Center Coordinator (EdTech)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Center Coordinator to oversee the daily functioning of an on-site training center in Bhopal. The role involves keeping operations organized, supporting academic delivery, and ensuring students and trainers have a smooth experience across all center activities.

What You Will Do

• Run the day-to-day activities of the training center and keep operations on track.
• Plan and coordinate batches, trainers, classrooms, and student timetables.
• Make sure classes, workshops, seminars, and other events are delivered without disruption.
• Support students, maintain attendance records, and manage necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the Admissions, HR, Placement, and Academic teams to align center operations.
• Keep an eye on center discipline, infrastructure, and the overall student experience.
• Compile and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational updates and reports.

Skills Needed

• Strong spoken and written communication in both Hindi and English.
• Good coordination, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Solid interpersonal skills and a practical approach to solving problems.

Experience and Eligibility

This position is intended for graduates or MBA holders, or candidates with an equivalent qualification. Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, administration, education, or training center management. Preference will be given to candidates based in Bhopal or those open to relocating there.

Compensation

The offered salary range is ₹4 to ₹6 LPA.
