Overview
This graduate programme is designed for people who want to begin a career in business analysis, project management, or change management. The Academy provides structured, industry-relevant training to help prepare you for client work with major organisations across financial services, government, technology, and business services.
After completing the training successfully, you may be matched with a client placement where you can work on live business projects, expand your professional network, and build experience for a long-term career.

Training format
The Academy usually runs for 4 to 6 weeks and is delivered remotely. Learning includes live trainer-led sessions, practical assignments, project-based exercises, one-to-one coaching, self-study materials, and preparation for interviews and professional development.

Post-training opportunities
After completing the Academy and securing a placement, you will work with a client on real business projects. Assignments usually last 12 to 24 months, giving you the chance to gain commercial experience, grow your skills, and strengthen your network. Many graduates later move into permanent roles with their client organisation.

Eligibility and requirements
- An undergraduate degree is preferred, with a 2:1 or higher ideal, in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, STEM, Social Sciences, Humanities, or another subject with transferable skills
- Relevant practical experience through internships, placements, apprenticeships, bootcamps, or similar programmes is also acceptable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Interest in business analysis, project management, and change management

Some client placements may involve travel or relocation. Candidates who can be flexible about location may have access to a broader range of opportunities.
