BI Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are hiring a BI Data Analyst to turn raw business data into clear insights that support decision-making. This role involves working closely with different teams, building reliable data foundations, and creating analysis that helps improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to uncover patterns, trends, and meaningful business insights.
• Build and deliver reports and presentations that support management and business decisions.
• Partner with teams across functions to understand business needs and provide data-backed solutions.
• Create and maintain data models while improving the efficiency of data queries.
• Keep up with developments in the industry and continuously refine analytical methods.

Requirements

• Background in finance, financial analysis, or related financial roles is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of data analysis workflows.
• Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience using Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking skills.
