Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Beauty Advisor, supporting the brand’s Dead Sea–inspired product range in retail settings. The role centers on welcoming shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored guidance on facial, body, and hair care items. It also includes explaining product ingredients and benefits, demonstrating correct usage, and creating a positive in-store experience that aligns with the brand’s standards.

What the Role Involves

• Greet customers and provide individual consultations based on their skincare and haircare concerns.
• Suggest suitable products across facial, body, and hair care categories.
• Show customers how to use products and explain their key ingredients and advantages.
• Support retail operations by arranging product displays and keeping stock organized and available.
• Handle sales transactions carefully and accurately.
• Guide customers on effective skincare routines and best practices.
• Gather customer opinions and share insights with the wider team.
• Work with colleagues to contribute toward sales objectives and maintain strong service standards.

Required Background

• A solid understanding of cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to give accurate and safe guidance.
• Good knowledge of facial, body, and hair care products, including ingredients, benefits, and proper use.
• Strong customer service ability with a polished, approachable, and supportive manner.
• Retail sales experience, including product recommendation, closing sales, and working toward targets.
• Helpful additional experience in beauty or spa environments.
• Exposure to natural or mineral-based cosmetics is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Arabic is beneficial.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and work well as part of a team.
