Role Overview
This position sits within the sales function and works in close partnership with technical and operations teams. The goal is to grow the software solutions business across both public and private sector clients in Bucharest.
What You Will Do
- Support the sales team as a core contributor while coordinating with technical and operational colleagues.
- Spot and develop new opportunities in the software solutions market for both government and private customers.
- Build, organize, and oversee commercial proposals and tender responses, including submissions through SEAP and other procurement channels when required.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal cycle, gathering inputs from all stakeholders and ensuring submissions are complete, compliant, polished, and delivered on schedule.
- Work with internal experts to shape technical and commercial offers that are aligned with customer requirements.
- Review client business structures, workflows, and goals to make sure proposed solutions solve actual operational and strategic needs.
- Create persuasive written proposals that clearly explain the solution and emphasize its value to the customer.
- Carry out market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas where the company can stand out.
- Deliver client-facing presentations, product demos, and technical conversations.
- Keep your knowledge of the company’s products, technologies, and market developments current.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience preparing complete commercial offers, including working with technical teams to build the technical portion of the proposal.
- Prior exposure to public procurement processes and SEAP submissions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a strong focus on outcomes.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach, with a strong can-do attitude.
- Ability to take ownership and follow work through from start to finish.
- Curiosity and initiative to research, learn, and understand both the product offering and the client’s business environment.
- Skill in turning technical information into clear, persuasive, client-focused messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and adaptability in identifying business opportunities.
- Familiarity with public procurement rules and prior experience in software development environments are helpful, but not mandatory.
