Its platform provides verified route information across more than 10,000 kilometers, and the coverage continues to expand.

Role overview

This in-office customer support internship is based in Mysuru and is intended for women candidates. The role focuses on handling customer and agent communication, supporting FASTag-related queries, and helping resolve payment and transaction issues. The internship duration is 6 months and the selected candidate is expected to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with customers and agents.
• Support users with FASTag activation, recharge questions, and related assistance.
• Troubleshoot failed payments and transaction-related concerns.
• Update customer records in Microsoft Excel and the company’s internal tools.
• Work with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved without delay.
• Refresh customer details and prepare simple reports as needed.
• Follow up with customers and agents until queries are closed.
• Keep documentation accurate and contribute to routine operational work.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 3 Jul 2026 and 7 Aug 2026, commit for 6 months, and be based in Mysuru. Candidates should also have relevant skills and genuine interest in customer support work.

Other requirements

The candidate should have strong written and spoken communication skills, a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications, comfort in handling customer calls and telephonic support, and access to a personal laptop.

Stipend and terms

The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 per month. The deadline to apply is 2 Aug 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
