About the internship

This six-month, full-time, in-office Business Operations internship is based in Bengaluru. The role offers exposure to multiple business functions and involves hands-on support across operations, coordination, research, documentation, and internal execution work.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate with vendors and partners by scheduling meetings, tracking commercial discussions, collecting documents, and following up on pending actions.
• Keep operational trackers, task lists, checklists, and project plans organized and up to date.
• Carry out market scans, competitor comparisons, and regulatory research as needed.
• Support finance and compliance work by managing records, monitoring approvals, and tracking submissions and filings.
• Assist marketing efforts through launch materials, website copy, banners, WhatsApp creatives, campaign coordination, and social media support.
• Help with HR and people operations tasks such as hiring coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and team setup.
• Draft presentations, reports, summaries, and meeting notes for leadership and internal reviews.
• Provide broader operational assistance to the founding team across business areas as required.

Who can apply

Applications are open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are available to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, can commit to a six-month internship, and are based in Bengaluru. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.

Preferred profile

Candidates pursuing or recently completing studies in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline are preferred. The ideal intern is well organized, dependable, proactive, and able to handle coordination and administrative responsibilities efficiently. Comfort with a dynamic workplace and shifting priorities is important. Strong spreadsheet abilities in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, along with solid presentation and written communication skills, will be useful. Interest in fintech, lending, or financial services is valued, and previous exposure to operations, marketing, recruitment, or vendor management will be an advantage.

Work setup and schedule

This is a work-from-office internship at Times Internet, Primrose Road, Bengaluru. Working days are Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates are expected to have their own laptop for the internship.

Perks and compensation

The stipend is ₹15,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate and a five-day work week.
