Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position is based in Dammam and centers on leading yoga sessions for corporate groups and other clients. The instructor will create class plans suited to different skill levels and physical conditions, demonstrate movements safely, and offer variations where needed. The role also includes weaving in breathwork and mindfulness practices to support both body and mind.
Key Duties
You will work closely with the wellness and events team to include yoga in corporate wellness programs, workshops, and sports-related events. The role involves preparing class resources, fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere, collecting participant feedback, and contributing to yoga-focused outreach or community activities.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong yoga teaching ability and be capable of running inclusive, safe, and engaging classes for mixed-level groups. Experience with Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles is important, along with the flexibility to adjust sequences to different participant needs and goals. Clear communication and teaching skills are needed to explain techniques, correct form constructively, and build participant confidence. A recognized yoga certification such as a 200-hour qualification or an equivalent credential from an accredited program is required. Prior experience leading group sessions, especially in corporate, studio, or wellness settings, is preferred. Candidates should also understand anatomy, safe alignment, and injury-prevention principles, and be prepared to work on-site in Dammam as part of a collaborative team.
