About the Role
At Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, this position focuses on delivering a polished food and beverage service experience that is steady, attentive, and guest-oriented.
What You’ll Do
You will be expected to provide customers with a high standard of service and maintain consistency throughout every interaction. In this role, you will serve food and beverages to guests in your assigned work area while ensuring the service style remains courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable. The overall goal is to support strong guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
The preferred background includes a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required. Strong customer service ability, along with solid communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
