Role overview

The company is hiring a Technical Lead who is highly technical, comfortable working with AI systems, and driven to take full ownership of building AI Co-Workers from start to finish. This role is best suited to someone with solid software engineering foundations and practical experience with modern AI technologies who wants to lead real product delivery rather than research-only work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and build process for AI Co-Workers from early concept through live deployment.
• Convert business needs and operational constraints into scalable engineering and AI solutions.
• Own the system design across model choice, orchestration, APIs, data movement, and third-party integrations.
• Direct technical decisions around LLM usage, model evaluation, prompt strategy, and system monitoring.
• Support AI Engineers throughout development, testing, and release stages.
• Work closely with Engagement Leads to ensure technical delivery supports business value.
• Maintain high engineering standards for speed, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Spot technical risks early and resolve them with practical approaches in uncertain situations.
• Stay hands-on with the most critical build areas while helping the wider team deliver faster.
