Team Leader

Role overview

As a Team Leader in the Tweedmouth store, you will help drive the daily operation of your department. You will set the tone on the shop floor by supporting colleagues, keeping work flowing efficiently, and ensuring customers consistently receive a high level of service. The role includes handling stock-related tasks, helping new team members settle in, and resolving issues as they arise. You will work alongside your manager to maintain strong standards and keep the team engaged and focused.

Working pattern and contract details

This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Berwick-Upon-Tweed, England, United Kingdom. The shift pattern is days, with 36 hours per week.

The stated pay rate is £13.71 per hour.
