Talent Acquisition Associate

Role Overview

This contract position is for an experienced people operations or recruiting professional who will assess AI-created work outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance. The work is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-produced materials and judge them against role-specific quality standards.
• Spot mistakes in facts, visual presentation, and overall structure across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Write precise, well-organized feedback that helps improve future AI-generated outputs.
• Use more than 5 years of hands-on experience in people operations or recruiting to determine whether the content is correct and useful.
• Check that deliverables meet professional expectations for English quality and technical presentation.

Required Background

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in people operations or recruiting is mandatory.
• Strong command of English, either native-level or professionally fluent.
• Advanced ability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience reviewing work products for factual accuracy and presentation quality.
• Capability to provide detailed, practical written recommendations.

Compensation and Engagement

The payout for this role is $80 to $120 per hour. This is a remote contract opportunity.
