Role Overview

We are looking for a Windows Administrator (L2) to support a reputed client’s infrastructure from the Mumbai or Hyderabad office. This is an onsite role with 24x7 rotational support.

Job Details

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad

Work arrangement: Onsite

Shift pattern: 24x7 rotational support

Relevant experience: 4 to 6 years

Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/B.Sc (IT)/BCA/MCA, with no education gaps

Eligibility: Any graduate may apply, but the role specifically calls for candidates with relevant technical qualifications and the required experience.

Core Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining Windows server infrastructure, supporting virtualization and clustering environments, and resolving server-related issues. The role also includes patching, hardening, migration support, and coordination with clients and OEM vendors.

Mandatory Skills

Applicants should have practical experience in Windows Server administration, Hyper-V, failover clustering, IIS troubleshooting, security patching, server hardening, OS migration, and performance troubleshooting.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Windows or Windows Server certifications are preferred.
