The Dublin site includes 129 rooms in different layouts, a lobby bar, a historic bar, a large ground-floor restaurant, a lobby restaurant, and a nightclub — another first for the brand.

Role Summary

This position is responsible for managing deliveries, stock movement, and storage operations to keep the hotel running smoothly. The role requires strong attention to detail, good organisation, and the ability to work well in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Match all incoming deliveries against purchase orders, buying specifications, and delivery paperwork.
• Verify that each item received is correct in both quantity and weight.
• Store delivered goods in the appropriate hotel areas.
• Review delivery prices against the order and report any mismatches.
• Keep delivery documentation and invoices filed and updated accurately.
• Carry out monthly stock counts and occasional spot checks.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues to keep operations running efficiently.
• Follow company procedures for waste handling and disposal.
• Carry out routine upkeep of storage rooms and loading areas.
• Work in line with all applicable hygiene, safety, and health requirements.
