Massage Therapist

Role Overview

Andaz Doha is hiring a Spa Therapist to deliver a polished, guest-focused wellness experience. The role calls for someone who can provide a range of spa services, personalize each treatment to the guest’s needs, and uphold the standards expected in a luxury environment.

Key Duties

• Perform a wide selection of premium spa services such as massage therapy, facials, body wraps, and other restorative treatments based on each guest’s preferences and needs.
• Offer tailored treatment and product recommendations that support guest wellness goals and contribute to retail sales.
• Guide guests through the full spa experience with attentive care, from the first consultation to aftercare, while keeping comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction at the center.
• Keep skills current by participating in ongoing learning and staying informed about new techniques, trends, and developments in the spa field.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards so that treatments are delivered in compliance with regulations and with the highest level of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• An internationally recognized certification in Physical Therapy or Spa Treatments is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Therapist or Masseur/Masseuse is required.
• Experience in a luxury spa setting is strongly preferred.
