What You’ll Work On
In this role, you will contribute to the core technology stack used by the trading group. You will help build and refine the platforms that support the trading team, work alongside quantitative researchers to shape new research infrastructure, and partner with other technologists to strengthen production scalability. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of the broader team and help systems evolve as the business expands into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal platforms that support trading operations and research workflows.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to build infrastructure for new research initiatives.
- Improve the scalability and reliability of production systems.
- Support the evolution of core systems that increase team productivity as the business grows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Python in large distributed environments.
- Hands-on experience working on Linux-based systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Genuine intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently, own tasks end to end, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Dependable and consistent availability.
