Role Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the client voice across organic social channels and content. This includes planning, creating, and improving social content, handling community engagement and online reputation, and writing and polishing copy for campaigns. The position is centered on content and organic growth, allowing for deeper ownership in that area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and schedule organic social posts for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Oversee community engagement and reputation management, including reviews, directory listings, and Google Business Profile updates.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to draft and edit copy for websites, blogs, landing pages, and SEO-focused articles.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
• Join client content shoots at on-site locations when required.
• Coordinate with creative producers to prepare shot lists and shape content plans.
• Produce, record, and edit short-form video and user-generated content alongside clients and creative partners.
• Track social performance, share clear takeaways, and refine content based on results.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Direct experience managing social media across major platforms.
• A portfolio that demonstrates content quality along with measurable performance results.
• Strong grasp of platform algorithms, writing, and copy development.
• Working knowledge of reputation management and listing platforms.
• Highly organized, self-managed approach to content production with the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Experience

Practical use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate content production in a responsible way is considered an advantage.
