Short & Long Form Script Writer

About the Role

Montaz Medias is hiring a creative and seasoned script writer to join its internal content team. The role is centered on crafting engaging scripts for short-form and long-form video content, especially for Instagram and YouTube. Candidates who enjoy storytelling and know how to build content that keeps audiences watching will be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Create scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer YouTube videos.
• Track trending subjects and turn them into fresh content concepts.
• Build strong openings and narratives that improve audience retention.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver polished content.
• Adjust tone and writing style to suit different brands and audience groups.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in script writing.
• Strong command of English, Telugu, and Hindi writing.
• Good awareness of social media content patterns across Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to research ideas, structure information, and present concepts creatively.
• Background in content marketing and digital media will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
