Role Overview
This role is a busy, hands-on coordination position with frequent customer interaction. You will act as the main link between clients, field technicians, and internal teams, making sure service and installation work is planned, tracked, and completed smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Arrange and book service and installation appointments.
- Allocate jobs to technicians according to their location and availability.
- Contact customers to verify booking details and schedules.
- Adjust the work plan when priorities shift or urgent requests arise.
- Maintain accurate job records and system updates.
- Keep regular communication with technicians to monitor job progress.
- Chase up unfinished work and missing materials or parts.
- Support the completion of jobs so they can move forward to invoicing.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service colleagues.
- Ensure customers are kept updated and receive a positive service experience.
