Key work

• Create, refine, and expand an AI chatbot for a national tourism platform.
• Deploy open-source large language models inside secure private cloud setups.
• Develop reliable Python backend services that support AI interactions.
• Build agent-style workflows that connect tools, retrieve context, query databases, and communicate with outside APIs.
• Improve model quality, response time, and scalability across GPU-based environments.
• Connect AI capabilities with Azure AI services and the existing platform stack.
• Track system behavior and keep improving performance using LLM evaluation methods and other tuning approaches.

What will support success

The role calls for deep AI engineering experience, especially with LLMs, plus practical work with open-source frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers. Strong Python backend development, deployment of AI models on GPU infrastructure, and familiarity with modern LLM patterns like tool use, structured outputs, retrieval, and streaming responses are important. The position also requires experience building live chat systems with HTTP streaming, integrating AI with databases and APIs for agentic behavior, and working with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure AI. Knowledge of optimization techniques such as quantization, inference tuning, and scaling is also valuable.
