Security Guard

Position Overview

Al Fattan Properties is looking for a Security Guard to help safeguard the premises in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maintaining a secure environment, controlling access, monitoring for suspicious activity, and responding appropriately to incidents.

Core Duties

• Keep regular watch over the site through routine patrols to maintain order and visible security presence.
• Control entry to the property by checking and approving vehicles and individuals as required.
• Remove trespassers or any unauthorized persons from the premises.
• Ensure that exits, doors, and windows are locked and secured once operations are finished.
• Review CCTV or other surveillance feeds at intervals to spot disturbances or unlawful behavior.
• Observe individuals for suspicious conduct or items that may raise concern.
• React to alarm triggers by checking the source and evaluating the situation.
• Assist people who need help or support while on site.
• Detain offenders in line with legal procedures until authorities arrive, where required.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including notable events and observations.

Additional Requirements

A valid SIRA license is mandatory for this position.
