About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand business opportunities across the APAC region, with Australia to be confirmed. This position is centered on generating pipeline through active outreach and supporting the wider sales and partner network.

The right candidate will bring a strong track record in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. You should be comfortable working toward ambitious targets, have a stable work history, and enjoy collaborating with partners, account managers, and sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, contact, and qualify prospective customers across APAC using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and similar outreach methods. The target is 8 enterprise opportunities each month from accounts with more than 1,000 users.
  • Build a reliable pipeline of qualified opportunities by arranging meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Partner with channel partners and account managers to run campaigns, exchange market insights, and create more joint business opportunities.
  • Meet and surpass performance targets tied to activity levels, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.
  • Stay informed about the market, customer challenges, and the competitive environment.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and current so activity tracking and pipeline visibility remain dependable.
  • Contribute to a high-performing sales environment by sharing effective practices and supporting team success.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar position, ideally with focus on the APAC market.
  • Clear success in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Background in working with partners and account managers to create sales opportunities.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets and helping drive team pipeline goals.
  • Stable career history with progression and commitment; candidates with frequent short stints of less than 1 to 2 years in prior roles are not preferred.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Good time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics, as well as sales engagement tools.
  • Growth mindset, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
