Tealium is looking for a driven, proactive, and high-achieving Sales Development Representative to join its Sales Development team. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and grow pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account research, multi-threading, and personalized outreach across multiple channels.
  • Work with Account Executives to shape territory plans and account-based prospecting approaches that support pipeline objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead early discovery conversations with prospects and executive-level stakeholders to understand challenges, strategic goals, and possible opportunities.
  • Study enterprise technology landscapes and combine organizational signals, market movement, and technology changes into relevant outreach and informed point of view.
  • Use AI-supported tools, sales systems, and data insights to improve prospecting quality, efficiency, and engagement results.
  • Apply account intelligence, analytics, and market research to prioritize activity and tailor outreach to high-priority accounts.
  • Own pipeline generation, discovery meeting targets, and opportunity creation goals with a strong sense of responsibility in a performance-driven setting.
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other teams to support go-to-market efforts and improve prospect engagement strategies.
  • Build sales capability, communication skills, product and market knowledge, and technical understanding through training, mentoring, feedback, and self-learning.
  • Adjust quickly to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal priorities while staying solution-focused.
  • Maintain regular prospect communication through thoughtful email, phone, and social outreach that moves conversations forward.
  • Review, qualify, and prioritize inbound leads and prospect questions related to Tealium’s solutions and services.
