Role Overview
CrowdStrike is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Singapore to support growth across Thailand. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about cybersecurity, technology, and relationship-building. You will be a key part of the go-to-market effort, reaching out to corporate prospects, uncovering new business potential, and helping expand the customer base. As an early touchpoint for future customers, you will influence pipeline creation and help establish strong long-term relationships.
The role involves high-level conversations with senior executives, a structured and consultative sales approach, and close coordination with regional sales, marketing, and channel partners. It is a hybrid arrangement, with the Singapore team working from the office four days each week.
Key Duties
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone to identify and develop new CrowdStrike opportunities.
- Manage a full sales process from initial prospecting through to closure.
- Create and expand business opportunities within corporate and enterprise accounts.
- Lead discovery discussions with C-suite leaders and vice presidents.
- Build deep cybersecurity knowledge and represent the company as a trusted voice in the space.
- Strengthen competitive selling and objection-handling capability.
- Work with marketing and channel teams to support an effective go-to-market plan.
- Deliver responsive, high-touch customer support, including escalation handling and support coordination where needed.
- Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of the broader cybersecurity market and competitors in the next-generation endpoint segment.
Requirements
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in technology sales.
- Ability to quickly understand technical and business concepts.
- Competitive mindset paired with a collaborative approach.
- Confident presentation skills in both live and virtual settings.
- Experience in security sales or SaaS sales is an advantage.
- Proven use of AI tools to improve decisions, workflows, efficiency, and business results.
- Fluency in English and either Thai or Korean, as the role supports Thailand-based customers.
