About the Role
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is among the largest privately owned mortgage banking companies in the United States. The organization is hiring a motivated professional to support its fulfillment operations in the Remote Closer/Funder position.
What You’ll Do
- Handle the clerical work needed to ensure loans are funded and warehoused on time after underwriting.
- Assemble loan files and confirm that every closing condition and requirement has been satisfied.
- Prepare closing packages and send loan documents and escrow instructions to the correct parties.
- Keep accurate records for document mailings, communication logs, and funding registers, and make sure warehouse files reach the central office within one business day after funding.
- Review files with issues, correct problems that may delay funding, and update the manager on the status of those cases while requesting help when needed.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in loan funding and drawing loan documents, or similar relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Encompass is required.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Well organized, detail-focused, and able to follow through consistently.
- Good analytical thinking along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology and working efficiently with digital systems.
Compensation and Benefits
The posted salary range is USD 55,000 to USD 65,000 per year.
Full-time employees and their eligible dependents can access a broad benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, an HSA, an FSA, and other benefit products depending on eligibility, elections, and premium contributions.
New hires become eligible for company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Life, and Voluntary benefits on the first day of the month after hire. After 60 days, employees may enroll in the 401(k) program beginning the first day of the following month.
Eligible employees may also request internal transfers through PRMG’s job portals for openings in other departments or roles.

The position is remote, while the listed location is Corona, California. This is a full-time role.
