Relationship Manager

About the Role

This position is for a Relationship Manager working as a field sales executive. The job involves meeting customers face to face, understanding their insurance requirements, suggesting suitable products, and supporting them in making well-informed financial choices. It is a customer-oriented role that combines relationship management, consultative selling, and on-ground field work.

Work Expectations

• The role follows a 6-day working schedule.
• One fixed weekly off is provided between Monday and Friday; weekends are not off days.
• Daily travel in the field is expected, covering roughly 50-100 km within the allocated territory.
• A minimum of 3 successful customer meetings per day is expected, depending on lead availability.
• Using a two-wheeler along with a valid driving licence is preferred for easier mobility across the field.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with smartphones, GPS navigation, and company mobile applications.

ISMS Responsibilities

• Follow the Information Security Management System policy, procedures, and objectives.
• Take part actively in ISMS-related activities and exercises.
• Request access to information only through team leaders or executives as applicable.
• Report suspected or confirmed security incidents to the IT Helpdesk.
• Keep passwords confidential and protected at all times.
• Safeguard information assets from any breach of confidentiality, integrity, or availability.
