About the Internship

This internship involves vital tasks as part of the recruitment team handling various hiring activities remotely. The selected candidate will contribute significantly to screening and shortlisting applicants from multiple platforms, schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage communication with prospective hires via email, messaging apps, and social media tools.

• Screen and shortlist candidates from multiple online platforms
• Arrange interviews and manage follow-up communications with candidates
• Maintain active correspondence through channels such as email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Track recruitment activities and maintain detailed reports
• Support onboarding and help with the documentation requirements for new hires
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill hiring needs

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open exclusively to individuals who are ready to work remotely, can start the assignment between July 17 and August 21, 2026, and are able to commit to a three-month duration. Suitable candidates must possess the necessary skills and show genuine interest in recruitment efforts.

Compensation and Perks

Interns will receive a stipend of INR 2500 per month. Additional benefits include a letter of recommendation upon completion and flexible working hours to accommodate different schedules.
