About the Role
Ruckus is a boutique executive search firm that partners with US startups to fill high-impact positions across Growth, Marketing, and Product. The team has supported hundreds of well-known startups in hiring senior talent, and the focus is consistently on quality of work over volume.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a dependable advisor to founders and CEOs at leading startups.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with each client’s hiring needs.
- Design thoughtful outreach and communication strategies for candidates.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn, AI-based sourcing tools, and professional networking.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for open roles.
- Deliver a polished and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience is preferred, especially in growth, design, marketing, or product hiring.
- Strong interest in the startup and technology ecosystem is important.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- High attention to detail is expected.
- Candidates without direct recruiting experience may also be considered if they have backgrounds in Product Management, Performance Marketing, or Engineering.
