Its portfolio covers trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. The company’s brands and subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.
Founded in 1986, Collectors has authenticated and graded millions of items and now employs more than 3,000 people across its headquarters in Santa Ana, California, and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.
The business is expanding into Germany and is building a new local operation, creating an opportunity for experienced, motivated people to help shape the launch of PSA in Europe while benefiting from the backing of an established US company.
Role Overview
Collectors is hiring PSA Graders for its new Germany operation to authenticate and grade trading cards across sports, non-sports, and trading card game categories, depending on business needs. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position based in the Germany office and reporting to the Director of PSA Grading.
The role suits someone with strong hobby knowledge, deep familiarity with PSA grading and authentication standards, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a collaborative environment.

The position also involves participating in monthly meetings and retraining sessions to continue developing expertise and hobby knowledge.
Requirements
The ideal candidate can communicate confidently in English, is legally authorized to work in Germany, and has direct hands-on knowledge of trading cards, tickets, and other sports, non-sports, and TCG collectibles.
You should have expert awareness of counterfeits and card doctoring methods, a strong command of card grading systems and standards, solid research and problem-solving ability, and strong organization skills. Attention to detail, the ability to concentrate for long periods, comfort in a fast-moving environment, and a positive team-oriented mindset are essential.
Preferred applicants will have 1 to 3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector.
Compensation
The offered salary range is €50,000 to €55,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation.
