A US solar company is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee utility-scale solar work for projects in the United States. The role is handled remotely from India and focuses on end-to-end project delivery for solar, battery storage, and EV initiatives. What you'll do

• Drive solar projects from launch through completion, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
• Build, maintain, and control schedules, budgets, and project financials.
• Work closely with US clients, EPC partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, keep documentation current, and share regular status updates and reports.
• Spot project risks early, reduce exposure, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Handle procurement activities, contract coordination, and project records.
• Guide cross-functional teams toward agreed milestones and delivery targets.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of project management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Hands-on knowledge of project planning and control tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.
• Strong ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, manage stakeholders, and solve problems effectively.
• Prior exposure to US-based renewable energy projects is preferred.

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or a closely related engineering field.
