What the Placement Involves

• Support planning, delivery, and monitoring of initiatives across marketing, events, and operations.
• Use project tools such as Trello and Asana to follow timelines, budgets, and outputs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to keep communication clear and document progress.
• Spot delivery risks or delays and suggest practical ways to reduce them.
• Take part in Agile activities including sprint planning, retrospectives, and resource allocation.
• Present a final project case study at the end of the placement.

Candidate Profile

The placement is aimed at recent master's-level graduates in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. The academy is looking for people who care about efficiency, solving problems, and improving processes. Strong communication, careful attention to detail, and familiarity with basic project management tools are important. Applicants with Agile or Scrum certifications, data analysis exposure, or experience with MS Project or Jira will have an added advantage. The role also suits adaptable team players who can perform well in deadline-focused environments.
