Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to serve as a Project Manager overseeing multiple web, mobile, and software projects. The intern will be accountable for timely project delivery, seamless team coordination, and clear client communication, supporting both the agency's and Orbit's initiatives. This role suits candidates who excel at organizing complex workflows, proactively addressing issues, and taking full responsibility for project results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage several concurrent projects encompassing web, mobile, and software development.
- Design detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones.
- Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to ensure progress.
- Guarantee on-schedule completion by monitoring progress and resolving obstacles swiftly.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, conducting meetings, updating on progress, and handling modification requests.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers, designers, QA, and management, to assign tasks and uphold accountability.
- Support product development cycles for Orbit by tracking feature launches, testing phases, and coordinating with leadership.
- Maintain and enhance comprehensive project documentation, meeting summaries, and SOPs, while updating project management tools like ClickUp or Jira.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in project management, preferably handling software or web development projects.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills with a strong ownership drive.
- Capacity to effectively juggle multiple projects and independently make decisions when necessary.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms such as ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or Asana is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and experience with SaaS products is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams successfully.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
