Project Coordinator

Role overview

Apparel Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to support brand-focused initiatives and help strengthen market presence. This position sits in Dubai and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to keep brand activity aligned, organized, and effective.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and rollout of brand plans that support growth and improve awareness.
• Assist in producing brand-related materials such as visual assets, campaign content, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure the brand stays consistent across all customer-facing touchpoints, including social media, the website, and advertising.
• Work with internal departments such as marketing and creative teams, as well as outside agencies, to keep execution aligned with brand direction.
• Track brand performance and prepare reports covering metrics such as social engagement and campaign outcomes.
• Monitor industry shifts, competitor activity, and market research insights to help shape brand strategy.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline is required.
• About 1 to 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a closely related area is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of how brands are built, managed, and maintained.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization and project coordination abilities.
• Comfort working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, and Microsoft Office.
